Coaching

What is coaching, what can it achieve and why do I think that maybe we should talk? First, it’s all about you. Everyone is different but generally, you might lean more into one of these two categories:

  • You already have a clear goal in mind
That’s straightforward: you tell me what you want to achieve and I help you with that. We could review your daily work or I lead you through some exercises. It’s a bit like coaching an athlete. You want to get better and win.
  • You know something needs to change (but not what)
Then the first target is to get to know yourself better. I help look inward, reflect, and — with a better understanding of yourself — gain a clearer perspective on your situation. We clear the fog. So you can see the destination and set course.

In any case, coaching means we’ll meet and talk on a regular basis. It’s a routine that makes it easier for you to stay on track. Discussions with yourself rarely work — you only bring your own experience and judgement. My role is to provoke your thinking, to help you arrive at new thoughts and break you out of old patterns that might hold you back. And sometimes I draw from my expertise and offer you advice.

I am looking forward to talking to you!

Let’s do this!

Feel free to book your first free 30-minute call. It’s super casual — we just get to know each other and see if I can help you. We can either speak English or German.

Please note: I am not a trained therapist! I cannot and will not help you with any issues that demand qualified treatment.

I am also not a formally certified coach (yet). That’s why I only take clients from my own line of work — designers, developers or managers who work in tech.
